This house began as a tiny cottage in the woods. Our client, an avid gardener and amateur chef who loves to entertain, bought it primarily for the surrounding land. After some time in the house she was ready to renovate. The work centered around a sunny garden room where she does much of her work. Patio doors and French doors provide natural light to nearly every interior space and allow the house to expand into the outdoors when weather permits. A gourmet kitchen featuring soapstone counters and new master suite complete the transformation.
